Academic burnout is characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment, which can negatively impact students' academic performance and mental health. This study aims to design and build a web-based mental health monitoring information system to detect indications of academic burnout among students at AMIK Universal. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system features a digital Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, automatic scoring, burnout level categorization, student dashboard, lecturer dashboard, early notification, intervention recommendations, and periodic reports. Data were collected through interviews with 5 lecturers and 15 students, observation, and documentation. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 30 respondents. The results show that the system successfully detects indications of academic burnout with 88% accuracy, increases early detection efficiency by 70%, and achieves a user satisfaction score of 4.35 (very good category). This study concludes that the web-based monitoring system is effective in detecting academic burnout and can be implemented in higher education institutions to support student mental health.

One of the psychological impacts arising from intensive social media use is the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), which is characterized by anxiety and fear of being left behind by information or activities experienced by others. FOMO can negatively affect students' academic productivity, including reduced concentration, delayed task completion, and decreased academic achievement. This study aims to design and build a web-based social media usage monitoring information system to detect indications of FOMO and its impact on the academic productivity of Management Informatics students at AMIK Universal. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system features a digital FOMO questionnaire, automatic scoring, FOMO level categorization, social media usage tracking, student dashboard, lecturer dashboard, early notification, intervention recommendations, and periodic reports. Data were collected through interviews with 5 lecturers and 15 students, observation, and documentation. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 30 respondents. The results show that the system successfully detects indications of FOMO with 87% accuracy, increases early detection efficiency by 68%, and achieves a user satisfaction score of 4.33 (very good category). This study concludes that the web-based monitoring system is effective in detecting FOMO and can be implemented in higher education institutions to support student academic productivity.
