One of the psychological impacts arising from intensive social media use is the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), which is characterized by anxiety and fear of being left behind by information or activities experienced by others. FOMO can negatively affect students' academic productivity and mental health. This community service activity aims to provide digital literacy and time management training as an effort to overcome the FOMO phenomenon among Management Informatics students who are active social media users at AMIK Universal. The activity was conducted in four stages: preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation, involving 30 participants consisting of 25 students and 5 lecturers. The training was delivered through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice using social media monitoring applications. The evaluation results showed that participants' understanding increased significantly, with an average pre-test score of 42.5 and a post-test score of 86.3, representing a 103% improvement. Participant satisfaction with the training reached 4.38 on a 5-point Likert scale (very good category). The activity also succeeded in increasing participants' awareness of the importance of digital literacy and time management, with the pre-test score of 48.2 increasing to 88.5 in the post-test. This activity concludes that digital literacy and time management training are effective in reducing the negative impacts of FOMO and can be implemented in other higher education institutions.
